Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 7–14 days after your order ships. Times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs and peak seasons.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Tracking can take a few days to update after your order leaves our facility.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before the order ships.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 days of purchase, email revyveshop@protonmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
